Because the Limeway Pharma Design “Limeway” Pc enhancer is a lower glycol (CnH2n+2O2 series), thus able to solubilise both hydrophilic/hydrophobic compounds, the possibilities for glycol-in-silicone co-enhancer technology to deliver actives to the target skin are huge. In addition to the delivery technology, “Limeway” have over several years developed in-vitro/iv-vivo pharmacokinetic models to ensure that therapeutic concentrations of the active are delivered to the skin target. For example, this modelling was used to predict the efficacy of nicotinamide in treatment of non-Melanoma skin cancers. We are currently looking at formulations that have therapeutic potential in:

- Excema
